Parks

The use of the shelters and picnic tables at the parks are free, and no reservations are required.

South ParkPioneer (South)  Park - This is where the action is in Kinsley.  Located on South Niles (S. Highway 183).  Here you will find two playground areas, BBQ pits and grills, covered and uncovered picnic areas, and lovely trees and landscaping.  Also located in this park area is the Kinsley Swimming Pool, Baseball fields, Soccer Field, "The Pink Building" Community Center, Basketball Courts, Bicycle Trail, New Walking Trail, Outdoor Exercise Equipment, Rodeo Arena, Kinsley High School Football Field and Track, and Edwards County Fairgrounds.  Located across the street from the Kinsley Gun Club and Kinsley Airport.

Baugher ParkBaugher Park - Located on Highway 56 across from the Elevators.  Lovely tree covered park with playground equipment and picnic area.




Midway ParkMidway Park - Located at the Junction of Highways 50 and 56 at the west end of Kinsley.  This park features playground equipment, flower garden, covered picnic area as well as rest room facilities.  Also features the famous "Midway USA" Sign, a Santa Fe Steam Engine, antique farm machinery exhibit, old church and shares the space with the Edwards County Historical Society Museum and Sod House.  Close by at the VFW is the All Veteran's Memorial.
