A Chocolate Affair
Valentine’s Day Weekend. Hosted by PEO. Purchase your ticket from a PEO member in advance or at the door and sample every kind of chocolate dessert you can imagine.
Edwards County County-wide Garage Sale
First Saturday in May. Register you garage sale with the Chamber for $5 and get listed on the County-wide Garage Sale Maps which are available at local businesses throughout the county. An average of 30 sales to choose from each year!
July 4th Independence Day
Enjoy a fabulous fireworks display down at Pioneer (South) Park sponsored by the Kinsley Fire Department.
Edwards County Fair
Held annually around the 3rd week of July. A week-long celebration of 4-H and Open-Class exhibits, cooking contests, BBQ contest, Bike Rodeo, Turtle Races, Barnyard Olympics, Free Hamburger Feed, auctions and dances. Each year is a little bit different but always a great time for the whole family!
Miss Midway Pageant
September. This Miss Kansas Qualifying Pageant is held each year for area high school girls and their pageant princesses. Enjoy a Saturday night performance with Dancing, talent, and gorgeous gowns!
Oktoberfest
Held each year the 2nd Saturday in October – a full day of fun fall activities will be held in downtown Kinsley. Crafts booths, great food, beer garden, local entertainment, pumpkin decorating contest, scarecrow contest, pie baking contest, street dance and more!
Christmas Fantasy
Held the 1st Saturday in December – a full day of winter activities. Craft fair, business open houses, food vendors, medallion hunt, window decorating contest, kids shopping spree, tree lighting, Christmas caroling, lighted parade and Christmas cantata concert.
